Marcus Clarke

 

Specialising in design and build and value engineering, Marcus has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the past two decades he has overseen the successful delivery of many residential developments, often taking a key role in the earliest planning and design stages. 
 

The need for sustainability and value engineering in construction grows ever more important, and Marcus founded Clarkehaus as a contracting company that developers can trust. With a comprehensive understanding of the entire build process and a professional team, Marcus is proud to deliver developments that are both environmentally sustainable and commercially successful. 

Melanie Clarke
Accounts & Office Manager

 

Melanie is responsible for the day to day management of our head office and accounts department and provides a valuable support role to our site operations team including resident liason communications. 

 

Mathew Tye
Project Technical Co-ordinator

 
Mathew’s experience in the construction industry spans over a decade and during that time, he has overseen the successful completion of many commercial and residential developments. These include small specialist developments, as well as prestige multi-million pound projects.
 

Drawing on his previous design and build experience in contract management and as a Site Manager, Mathew is responsible for
co-ordinating all design and Technical matters at site level. He works in close liaison with both the Technical Manager and design team and ensures that all relevant design information is accurately conveyed to the site team.

Natalie Ridgers
Technical Co-ordinator

 

As Technical Co-ordinator, Natalie provides administrative support to the Technical Manager and site staff. Well-versed in the design process, she previously worked in the Technical department of a large construction company and devised document control systems for several multi-million pound contracts.
 

Working at the front line of Technical support, Natalie knows the importance of efficient communication in ensuring site operations run smoothly. She works in close liaison with the design team and site staff to co-ordinate all project records and ensure that the latest design information and drawings are always present on site.

Daniel Kearney

Commercial Manager

 

With over 30 years of Main Contracting and Developing experience within the Industry, Dan has commercially managed large Housing, Commercial & Retail projects and taken a commercial lead on many major inner London Framework projects. He is involved from the initial design stages of each scheme, in collaboration with our Clients, endeavoring to Value Engineer projects to suit our Clients budgets and expectations all the way through to the completion and final account agreement on all contracts.

 

Dan also has a wealth of Project Management on New Build, Refurbishment and re-generation projects and assists Marcus Clarke with the commercial management and delivery of all the Clarkehaus schemes.

Lara Clarke

Reception & Buying Administrator

 

Lara, the newest member of our team, has a varied role covering reception and administration duties and provides assistance to the buying department. Her 'can do' attitude and cheerful personality are a welcome addition to the team. 

 

Taking responsibility for the company social media and online presence.
